Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
10.5 oz cheddar cheese condensed soup
8 oz sour cream
¾ cup bacon, cooked and chopped
½ cup milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
32 oz frozen tater tots (keep frozen)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, cheddar cheese condensed soup, sour cream, bacon, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and heated through.
4. Spread the beef mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
5. Sprinkle 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
6. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
8. Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese over the tater tots. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Let the casserole cool slightly before serving.
