Ingredients
2 lbs ground chicken
1 egg
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1 oz ranch seasoning mix
3 garlic cloves, smashed and minced
1/2 cup finely diced onion
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, bread crumbs, ranch seasoning mix, minced garlic, diced onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Mix everything together until well combined. Shape the mixture into 6–8 burger patties.
Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates.
Cook the chicken patties for 5–6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
Once cooked, remove from the grill and allow to rest for a minute or two.
Serve the burgers on toasted buns with your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, and extra ranch dressing if desired.
