- 1 jar (24 oz) pizza sauce
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, pizza sauce, sliced pepperoni, and Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and Italian cheese blend if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh basil or parsley.
