Ingredients
12 ounces frozen broccoli
10 ounces cream of chicken soup
4 ounces Velveeta cheese, chopped into small pieces
3 cups cooked white rice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook the frozen broccoli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, Velveeta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and cracked pepper. Stir until well combined.
4. Add the cooked white rice and the cooked broccoli to the mixture. Stir until evenly distributed.
5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish.
6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
