Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1–2 tablespoons of olive oil (or avocado oil for a healthier option)
- ½ teaspoon of sea salt
- ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika (optional for a little extra flavor)
- ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
- Grated parmesan (optional for added flavor and crunch)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Wash and slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
- In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, flipping halfway through, until the chips are crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool. Optionally, sprinkle with grated parmesan before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, make sure the zucchini slices are as thin as possible.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- Experiment with different seasonings to customize the flavor.
