Description

A healthy and delicious snack made from thinly sliced zucchinis, baked until crispy.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 12 tablespoons of olive oil (or avocado oil for a healthier option)
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika (optional for a little extra flavor)
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
  • Grated parmesan (optional for added flavor and crunch)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Wash and slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
  3. In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, flipping halfway through, until the chips are crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool. Optionally, sprinkle with grated parmesan before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, make sure the zucchini slices are as thin as possible.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
