Ingredients
1 (12 oz.) bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup milk
8 oz cream cheese, cut into blocks
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
12 oz pasta (your choice, like penne or rotini)
Instructions
Start by placing the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.
Pour the entire bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce over the chicken, making sure the chicken is fully covered.
Add the milk and blocks of cream cheese on top of the sauce. Spread them evenly over the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, allowing the chicken to become tender and absorb the rich sauce.
About 30 minutes before the cooking time is complete, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
When the chicken is done, shred it directly in the crockpot using two forks. Mix it thoroughly into the creamy sauce.
Stir in the shredded Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt into the sauce for an extra cheesy texture.
Add the cooked pasta to the crockpot, tossing it gently so that every piece is coated with the garlic-Parmesan sauce.
Serve the pasta hot, optionally garnishing with extra Parmesan cheese for added flavor.
