Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini and salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess moisture.
 - Add the beaten egg, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and black pepper to the zucchini. Mix well.
 - Form the mixture into small patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
