1 tube Pillsbury pizza crust
8 slices deli ham
10 slices Genoa salami
12 slices sandwich pepperoni
8 slices provolone cheese or mozzarella (or use shredded cheese)
2 tablespoons butter
2 minced garlic cloves
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. - Prepare the Pizza Dough:
Unroll the Pillsbury pizza crust onto the prepared baking sheet and gently stretch it to a rectangular shape. - Layer the Ingredients:
Layer the deli ham evenly over the pizza crust, leaving about 1 inch of space around the edges.
Add a layer of Genoa salami slices on top of the ham.
Place the sandwich pepperoni slices over the salami.
Finally, add the provolone cheese slices evenly over the pepperoni. - Roll the Stromboli:
Starting from one of the long edges, carefully roll up the dough into a log shape, tucking the ends under to seal.
Place the rolled stromboli seam-side down on the baking sheet. - Prepare the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the minced garlic and chopped parsley. - Brush and Sprinkle:
Brush the garlic butter mixture over the top of the stromboli.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the top. - Bake the Stromboli:
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through. - Serve:
Allow the stromboli to cool for a few minutes before slicing.
