  • 46 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 block sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 stick of butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, crumbled bacon, and both cheeses.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, melted butter, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the oil mixture over the zucchini mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
