- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 can (10.5 oz / 295 g) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup (240 ml) sour cream
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup (60 g) unsalted butter, melted
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the casserole.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
