Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

  • Author: Elyna
  • Total Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

Scale

1 (16oz) container of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
4 ounces mozzarella cheese (soft, shredded, or diced string cheese)
4 tbsp melted butter (half a stick)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Pinch of salt

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Open the container of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
Flatten each biscuit into a round disc, about 1/4 inch thick.
Place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
Fold the edges of the dough over the cheese, pinching them together to form a sealed ball.
Arrange the cheese-filled dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the dough balls.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
