Ingredients

    10 whole graham crackers
    1 tablespoon light brown sugar
    ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted

    1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
    1 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
    1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed

Instructions

  • Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust:
    1.1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    1.2. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
    1.3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, light brown sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
    1.4. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
    1.5. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

  • Prepare the Lemonade Filling:
    2.1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
    2.2. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, beating until well combined.
    2.3. Add the thawed lemonade concentrate and mix until fully incorporated.
    2.4. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and well blended.

  • Assemble the Pie:
    3.1. Pour the lemonade filling into the cooled graham cracker crust.
    3.2. Spread the filling evenly with a spatula.

    4.1. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until the filling is set.
