6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
12 slices Swiss cheese
10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup melted butter
8 ounce package Stove Top stuffing mix
1 teaspoon fresh minced parsley (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    1.1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Prepare the Chicken:
    2.1. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
    2.2. Season the chicken breasts with grated parmesan cheese, salt, and ground black pepper.

  • Add the Cheese:
    3.1. Lay two slices of Swiss cheese over each chicken breast.

  • Prepare the Sauce:
    4.1. In a medium bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and minced garlic. Mix well.
    4.2. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the chicken and cheese.

  • Prepare the Stuffing:
    5.1. In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter and Stove Top stuffing mix.
    5.2. Sprinkle the stuffing mixture evenly over the top of the chicken and sauce.

    6.2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the stuffing is golden brown and the chicken is cooked through.
