Instructions

- Add spiralized zucchini to the skillet, tossing gently in the sauce.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes until zucchini is tender but firm.
- Remove the skillet from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in grated parmesan cheese.
- Plate the pasta and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.

- For a vegan option, omit the parmesan cheese or use a vegan alternative.
